remote boot setup

wanted a way to remotely boot my home lab remotely
stupid simple way
- “restore after AC power loss” in the BIOS which tells the computer that when wall power is cut + restored, boot the machine automatically
- tailscale up --unattended to launch tailscale as a windows service & so that it launches on machine boot & not on sign in
- get a smart plug (tp-link kasa). it’s a plug that you can disconnect over wifi from an mobile app
